Hi! We have a spacious, furnished room. with plenty of storage available for at least 6 months while our friend is back in Australia.

The room is in a 3-bed house with a garden. The location is very convenient- about a 10 min walk to Tooting Broadway Unferground, 12 min. to Tooting Rail Station, and tbere are plenty of buses nearby.

You'll be living with rwo friendly women who enjoya calm, tidy and respectful home. We both have our own routines and take pride in keeping the flat clean and well looked after, so we're looking for someone who is naturally tidy and considerate with shared spaces. It's a quiet home rather than a party flat.
£850 p/m includibg all bills. No deposit required.
