Double bedroom in heart of Tooting Broadway SW17

Hello - we love our shared house, it's a very chilled vibe but we have great fun together too. 5 people living here and one is moving out after many years.

This is a 5 double bedroom house, with 2 shared bathrooms and a separate extra toilet too. Dining area, open plan kitchen with all the mod cons, living room and garden which we love to use in the summertime.

Everyone here is a working professional so this isn't for students please. But a mix of people working in fintech, professional services, forensics, teaching etc. We are movie watchers, part time gamers, like to cook and hang out together, or just chill in our rooms.

All bills are included with a generous cap on the gas & electricity. Full fibre and fast WiFi too.

There is a cleaner and also a seasonal gardener, with a landlord who is super responsive.
