Double bedroom in heart of Tooting Broadway SW17

Hello - we love our shared house, it's a 5 double bedroom house, with 2 shared bathrooms. Preferably a GIRL again just to keep the balance right. This bedroom will also be repainted in a light grey and with white walls before you move in, so imagine it in pristine condition and fresh and new.

The bedroom is garden facing and next to the bathroom, so it's quieter although the house is on a relatively quiet street to be fair.

We all get along well. The kitchen, dining and living area has just been totally renewed and brand new. If you enjoy cooking, then fabulous, plenty of space for that. There is a dining area, open plan kitchen with all the brand new mod cons, living room and garden which we love to use in the summertime.

Everyone here is a working professional so this isn't for students please. But a mix of people, some who go to the office, sometimes work from home. We have our own lives of course, but are sociable together, and get along well. A girl is needed to keep the balance right please. Fabulous pub 3 mins walk from the house too, the Selkirk in Tooting!

All bills are included. Full fibre fast WiFi too.

Plus there is a cleaner and also a seasonal gardener, with a landlord who is super responsive.
