Hi!

We’re looking for a new housemate to join as our housemate is moving out to live with a partner after occupying the room for 5 years.

The house is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to Tooting Broadway Underground and 10 minutes to Tooting Overground. It’s just off the high street and we’re close to shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs, gyms, and transport links etc. There is a bathroom, good sized living room and large separate kitchen. We also have a great little garden that’s brilliant for drinks/barbecues in the summer!

You’ll be sharing with three friendly girls (aged 25–27), all working professionals on a hybrid basis (usually in the office a couple of days a week). We’re respectful and easy-going, and while everyone has their own routine, we also enjoy spending time together, sitting in the living room, chatting, and having a drink/pubs trips.

The available room is really spacious and bright, with lots of natural sunlight. It comes fully furnished with:
• A double bed
• Large bay window
• Wardrobe
• Chest of drawers
• Two bedside tables

It’s a great room if you want plenty of space, light and a good price (considering London prices 😂)

Who we’re looking for:
We’re ideally looking for a working professional who is:
• Respectful and considerate in shared living spaces.
• Clean and tidy
• Quiet during the week
• Sociable and open to a chat, drink, or shared time in the living room if you fancy.

Available from 1st March 2026 (may be able to be flexible if you need to move in a couple days before)
- Rent: £983 per month (INCLUDING bills)
- Deposit: £663
