I’m looking for the right person to rent one of the bedrooms in the flat. Fair warning: the room is small, so this is best suited for someone organised. What it lacks in size, it makes up for in location and good energy.

The flat
• Shared living room (actual sofa + chill vibes)
• One bathroom
• Well-connected: close to Tooting Broadway tube station, Tooting train station, plus buses that’ll get you all over London
• Surrounded by grocery shops, great restaurants, cosy pubs, and dangerous-to-the-wallet takeaway options

About me (your potential flatmate)
You’ll be sharing with me: a friendly, easygoing, slightly sarcastic human who values a calm, cozy home. I’m social but also respectful of alone time, enjoy a laugh, good food, and a relaxed atmosphere. I like the flat to feel clean, comfortable, more home than party flat. Expect warmth, mutual respect, and the occasional chat in the living room… but no forced small talk.

I’m ideally looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, and happy living in a shared space. Bonus points if you’re minimalistic, communicative, and appreciate a peaceful place to come home to after London does its thing.
