Hey girlies - sad to say I’m leaving my lovely spacious and bright double room (pretty much unheard of in London lol) in a 3 bed house with a nice big garden (also unheard of!!) situated right in the middle of Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway 🚇

The girls have both lived in London for a while, working in Insurance and Procurement and both wfh 2 days a week.
They are big fans of all the typical girly things - nights out, nights in, bbqs and drinks in the garden in the summer and watching traitors together in the week! We have various different friendship groups around London however still do quite a bit together as a house and are welcome to join anything going on with other pals!

Spacious double room with tonnes of natural light as it has double French doors into the garden, which is honestly bliss in the summer months! There is room for a smaller desk in the room but we also have the luxury of a spare small study so that’s where I have worked from as the other girls have desks in their rooms. Room comes part furnished with the bed and mattress. I may be able to leave some extra furniture but we can chat about this!

💰Rent is £907pcm and bills come to around an extra £80-100 a month.
Deposit is £1166.
