We’re sadly moving out of our lovely flat in Tooting Broadway, so two rooms are becoming available.

The flat is in an amazing location — just 5 minutes’ walk to Tooting Broadway tube (Northern Line), with Tooting train station nearby too. It’s a straight run into central London, and you’re right in the middle of everything Tooting has to offer.

The area has so many things to do - great cafés, bars and pubs, Tooting Market, gyms, charity shops, and big supermarkets (huge Sainsbury’s and M&S nearby). Tooting & Wandsworth Common both close by and Balham and Clapham are also just down the road.

They’re lovely — we met them through SpareRoom and are now great friends, so it’s very sad to leave. The vibe is friendly and social, but with everyone having their own lives too.

Occasional bigger adventures (we even did Glastonbury together this year!)
