Room available in Tooting Broadway - Female preferred

Hey future housemate!

We’re Rachael, Megan and Jess - three friendly girls in our 30s looking for a fourth female to join our share house in Tooting. Room available from 1st February 2026.

About us:
We’re a mix of work-from-home and office workers who enjoy a good balance of chats in the kitchen, shared dinners, occasional wine nights 🍷, and also respecting each other’s space. The house is relaxed and very much a “feels like home” kind of place.

About the house:
- Great location in Tooting Broadway on a quiet residential street.
- Walking distance to Tooting Broadway tube, buses, Tooting Thameslink.
- Fully furnished cosy common areas with lots of plants
- Double bedroom with built in storage and great natural light - double bed and mattress included
- Shared bathroom with 1 other
- Lots of basement storage for suitcases
- Courtyard, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee in the sun (if/when it appears)

Costs:
- £800 per month plus bills.
- Bills circa £100 per month inclusive of gas, electricity, water, council tax, Netflix, Wi-Fi.

About you:
- Female, friendly, and house-trained
- Clean and considerate; happy to contribute to a cleaning rota and share costs for household items.
- Keen to be part of a home, not just a room!
- Don't mind a cute dog in the house from time to time - we dog sit some of the cutest dogs!
- Are between the ages of 28 and 38
- Employed full time and willing to be on Lease (current lease will be assigned to new tenant)

- No students or couples (sorry)
