Two double rooms in fun houseshare - tooting

Hello!!

We’re a friendly house of 6 that are looking for 1 guy and 1 girl to fill two double rooms in our lovely tooting house from the end of Feb, as unfortunately two of our amazing house mates are moving away.

About Us:
We’re a friendly social bunch that consists of 2 brits, 1 Aussie and 1 Welshie! Please note we’re looking for a friend in a housemate as we often do trips to the pub and love to socialise.

The House:
The house is a 5 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station which serves the northern line. Tooting itself also has loads of lovely shops and amenities and is a fab area in general. The house itself has three floors with six bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floors and a large kitchen and living room area on the ground floor. There is also a large garden out the back. House comes with the usual amenities such as washer/dryer and dishwasher with a huge amount of storage space in the kitchen.

Room 1 - top floor loft conversion: (£890)

- Includes bed, wardrobe and (optional 3 chest of drawers, bedside table and a clothes rail that previous roommate is selling)

Room 2 - First Floor: (£775)
- Double room
- Includes bed and wardrobe

Bills:
Our bills and bills weekly cleaner are around £90 pm
