We are looking for one person to move into a bedroom in our lovely, homely 4-bed house in Tooting Broadway! 💖
About us:
You will be living with myself (27, Conference Producer), Ellie (25, Trainee Solicitor) and Phoebe (27, Events Coordinator)!
We would love to find a girl a similar age to join us!
We love trying new restaurants, going to the pub, binge-watching reality tv, walks, theatre trips, keeping fit, and trying new things in London 🫶🏼
We’d love to find a roomie who would be keen to join us in a lot of these things and is quite easy going!
The House:
- 4 bedroom house with separate living room and kitchen
• South facing gorgeous back garden perfect for drinks and BBQs in the summer! 🌞
- 1 toilet and 2 bathrooms (includes one en suite)
- 1 washing machine and tumble dryer
The room:
• Move in roughly by Feb 4!
• Cosy en-suite room upstairs
• Includes a double bed, clothes rack in corridor upstairs and 2 mirrors (one full length)
• En suite has shower
• Small room, there is no space for a desk and we'd prefer people not to work in the living room or kitchen so best suited for those who don't need a WFH setup
The area:
- 5 mins walk to Tooting Broadway station, 15 min walk to Tooting common (we usually go for a 5k run here together during the summer)
- Lots of shops on the High Street including Primark, TKMaxx, Charity shops, Superdrug, Boots etc.
- 5-10 mins walking distance to Sainsburys, Tesco, and Savers
- 5 mins walk to Tooting and Broadway Markets - perfect for food and drinks
- Lots of pubs nearby, including The Selkirk pub which is a 1 min walk from our house.
Important bits:
- Rent is £775 and bills come to <£100. This includes; wifi, gas and electricity, council tax and water.
- Wandsworth council tax is very cheap!
- We have the nicest landlord who we have a WhatsApp group with and if there is any problem he is straight on it (like gold dust these days)!
