Double room only couple minute walk from Tooting Broadway station so great location! Just off the high street with so many shops/gyms/restaurants/cafes and pubs 😌
Lovely open space living room with lots of character! Shared bathroom with bath and shower facilities. Room will be furnished aswell! Also a garden which is extremely lovely for summer!
You will be living with 2 lovely sociable clean girls named Gemma and Althea ! With an addition of a 2 year old British shorthair cat called Chutney🥺
FYI this ad is for bedroom 3 on the floor plan :) closest to lounge/bathroom.
Requirements :
- Rent £860 Without bills. Bills come to around 150 a month.
- Deposit is £1000 as per my previous contract.
- Right to rent in Uk
- Standard referencing and affordability checks.
I am away to do viewings myself 15th-28th January but happy to give details to the girls you will be living with so viewings can go through them whilst I’m away 😇
