My flatmate is sadly going travelling so I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over the tenancy. You’d be living with me - I’m 24, work as a buyer for a clothing brand, and would describe myself as pretty social, easygoing, and always up for a drink or a pub trip. I like a flat that feels friendly rather than formal — good chats, music on and doing our own thing when needed. Looking for another like-minded young professional who’s clean, respectful, and keen for a fun but balanced home.

The Room
The room is a bright double with a bed included and a full-height balcony door instead of a window, so it gets loads of natural light. Shared bathroom (with storage shelves) and access to a shared kitchen plus a spacious living room that opens out onto a large balcony — great for drinks in the summer or a morning coffee.

Location
The flat is right on the high street, so everything you need is on your doorstep. There’s a Sainsbury’s directly opposite, a Lidl about a 5-minute walk away, and a Tesco Express around 10 minutes up the high street. Transport links are great too — Tooting Broadway station (via Northern Line) is about a 10-minute walk, Tooting Overground (via Thameslink into the city) is 5 minutes away, and there are plenty of bus routes nearby.
