Double Room with Batroom in Modern Flat (Tooting)

I’m looking for a housemate to rent the double bedroom in my recently redecorated two-bed flat between Tooting Broadway & Earlsfield. The room is fully furnished and comes with its own private bathroom, large wardrobe, TV and an ottoman double bed with plenty of built-in storage. It’s available for long-term letting and all bills are included.

The flat has a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen-diner, with a large balcony off the living area. The development benefits from lift access, secure bike storage, a 24-hour concierge and an on-site gym. The flat is adjacent to Wimbledon football ground and opposite Lidl, Starbucks and Greggs, with several transport options nearby, including Haydons Road, Earlsfield, Wimbledon Park and Tooting Broadway, making access into central London really easy!

I’m 32 and work in architecture, and I’m currently finishing my master’s degree. I’m fairly chilled during the week but enjoy going out at weekends, and I’m looking for a like-minded housemate who is clean and tidy but also up for a good laugh. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who wants to hopefully become mates as well as housemates, and who’s keen to create a comfortable, easygoing home. I'd rather not live with a stranger where we have nothing in common!
