Cleaner comes once a week.

Bills range from around £40 pcm in summer to £70 pcm in winter.

Situated in Tooting Broadway, 6 minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube station and a 9 minute walk from Tooting overground.

Lots of cool pubs and restaurants in the area. 8 minute walk to Tooting and Broadway markets.

Small Tesco and Iceland at the bottom of the road. Massive Sainsbury’s next to the tube station.

The people:

Currently four males aged 28-32, three from Ireland and one from the UK. All get along very well - everyone has their own lives but also equally keen to hang around the house and play some pool, watch sport/series or go to the pub.

Moving out as I’ve had an offer to move in with friends from back home.
