I’m sadly moving out of my gorgeous room in our 3-bed house in Tooting Broadway and we’re looking for a lovely new housemate to take over at the end of February / start of March (can be flexible - earlier or later if needed)🏡✨

The Room:

• Shared bathroom, kitchen & cosy living room
• Garden with outdoor furniture 🌿
• Washing machine
• Only a 5-min walk to Tooting Broadway 🚇
• Sainsbury’s & Lidl super close

Who you’ll be living with:
Ciara and Eve — both 22 and working in London. They’re clean, friendly and sociable housemates who love a girly night out 💃✨ as well as a cosy night in 🎀🧚‍♀️ They’re ideally looking for someone in their early twenties who’s chill, tidy, up for a laugh, and works in the office multiple days a week.

💰 The boring (but important) bits:
• Rent: £1100 per month due on the 11th of each month
• Bills: approx £100 per month
• Deposit: £1269 (5 weeks’ rent)
