My cosy double room will soon be available in Tooting Broadway as I am moving out of London. Flexible move in date between now and 20th March. The lease runs until November 2026.

💥 £950 per month not including bills (usually around £100 a month - obviously depending on season and this covers gas, electricity, water, wifi, council tax.
You’ll be living with one other gal who works Monday - Thursday and her furry well behaved friend 🐈⬛
The room comes furnished and there is a large living space and good sized kitchen, bathroom and a garden for the summer months. Although the flat is a great size, it's not ideal as a permanent WFH space.
