This features:

+ eaves room, which features a wardrobe, desk and plenty of additional storage.
There are double beds in both rooms of the private floor giving you plenty of space and
flexibility, however this let is only suitable for one person, no couples.
There are 4 other housemates in the floors below with whom you will share the kitchen and garden. So you will have a good balance of privacy upstairs and socializing downstairs.
The house is cosy, homely, clean and tidy. We have a cleaner who comes every
fortnight. The lovely garden is great for bbq's and socialising in the summer.
We have a covered store in the garden for bikes and suitcases etc.
We have sky TV and broadband.
Bills are approx £60 pcm, which includes council tax, broadband, tv license and water.
Gas and electricity vary with the seasons, adding c.£35 pcm, adding to a total of £85 approx.
In the kitchen there are two 1.8m tall fridges and a freezer with plenty of room and fully equipped, in addition to the appliances in the upstairs suite.
Corner shop 200m away is handy, as well as big Lidl and sainsburys. Transport wise, we are about a 8-10 min walk to
Tooting Broadway station, or you could get the 270, 44 or 77 bus. Earlsfield with its
trendy bars is a 10 min bus journey away. Tooting Broadway has plenty of shops like a
large Sainsburys, Boots, Primark and good food places to eat.
The housemates are lovely, and we always have a chat in the eve if we fancy, watch reality tv together or go to the pub. Equally we respect each other’s privacy and alone time. But very much looking for someone that fit s that description! (All I will say is that I will miss them!)
