Hey guys ❤️ I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this amazing house share in Tooting, looking kind of early but I want to be prepared! Move in day would be for May.
The house is so lovely and is so close to the tooting broadway tube station for commuting and about a 10 minute walk away from St Georges Hospital so great for those who work there!
You'd be living with 3 lovely girls + 1 guy who are all super social but also appreciate time to themselves.
Theres also a garden which is perfect for summer months. ☀️
Wandsworth council tax so one of the cheapest. Band E.
There would be the choice between two different rooms-
Room one is the first pictured- Rent would be £1000pcm + bills which work out to be under £100pcm.
Room two is the last two pictures (slightly smaller so thats why it's cheaper)- Rent would be £925pcm + bills under £100pcm
