I am moving out of my bedroom of 2.5 years and need a replacement :)
The room has quite a nice size and everything in the picture will stay except the TV and the armchair, so in the end there will be even more space.
The best part of this deal is the bathroom in front of this room. As there is another bathroom upstairs which is used by the other 2 flatmates (Rosa and Sean), this will pretty much be your private bathroom 95% of the time! It is quiet big too so I usually keep my drying rack there!
Rent is 750 and bills roughly 100.
Rosa and Sean are lovely flatmates and they are looking for someone clean and friendly :)
Preferably another woman but they would be flexible for the right person!
Rosa is 25, works for a theater, loves ice skating and medieval literature!
Sean is 26, an actor, loves music and film!
Both are lovely to live with and the only reason why I am moving out is because I'm moving in with my best friend.
