Hi! Thanks for checking out this ad. I am moving out to live closer to my new job (gonna miss these girls!) so we're looking for someone to take over my lovely room from approx. 1st March 2026.

The room is bright and very spacious, comfortably fitting a double bed, a large double wardrobe, desk and bookshelf with plenty of extra space (storage is amazing).

💷 Rent: £685/month
💰 Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent (£875)
⚡ Bills: usually £100–£150/month (inc. council tax, utilities, internet)

We’re looking for a female housemate who is clean, considerate, and preferably doesn’t work from home full-time. Ideally you'll be 25+ and not a student (or willing to pay council tax if you are).

The flat is across the first and second floor of the building and offers:
• A large living room and well-equipped kitchen
• A bathroom with toilet plus a separate toilet
• A shared outside patio area with the flat below

You’ll be sharing with three professional women: one works from home 3 days a week, one works afternoon/evening shifts, and the other works night shifts. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, while everyone respects each other’s space.
