• Only 1 other housemate (me!)
Location perks:
• Less than 10 mins walk to Tooting Broadway tube (Northern Line) 🚇
•Big Sainsbury’s nearby for food shops
• Corner shop and Anytime Fitness gym literally underneath the building
Rent:£1130 per month
Bills roughly £130 (council tax band D included in these bills)
I’m Freya, 27, self-employed web & brand designer working from home (but I travel fairly often).
I’m very chill but love a clean space, and while it’s defo not a party flat, I do love having the girls round for wine nights and dinners🍷 Love going to day festivals, dj events, wine bars, chill nights in at home, travelling, girls trips, the odd spin class, dinner parties, comedy clubs and dry humour.
I also occasionally look after dogs so a dog lover is a BIG plus!
Move in date: 3rd March
Looking to do some “interviews” next week and get a contract signed ASAP! Must pass affordability/estate agents checks and/or have a uk guarantor!
