Spacious Double Bedroom Near Tooting Broadway

Hi! We are looking for a flatmate to take over the tenancy of my room from 1st April, as I will be moving out of London at the end of March.

The flatmates

There are 3 other tenants you will be sharing with, between the ages of 22 and 30, 2 boys and 1 girl. All working professionals with a mix of some days in the office and some at home.

They are friendly, tidy, and respectful, and are looking to welcome a sociable housemate who’d enjoy the occasional pub night just as much as a relaxed evening in front of the TV together.

Ideally looking for a girl to keep the balance but we are open to meeting anyone who will fit in with the house vibe.

The location

The house is in a great location, approx. a 10-15 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station, and 5-10 mins from Tooting Station. There is also a very convenient bus stop at the bottom of our road.

The house / room

- 4-bedroom property, with 3 bathrooms.
- You will be sharing the bathroom with one other person. It is fitted with a shower and a bath.
- The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobes, and a desk.
- A lovely spacious kitchen/dining area with great amenities - washer/dryer unit, spacious fridge, dishwasher
- Small living room for chilling in front of the TV

Rent / bills

- Available from 1st April (this can be negotiated)
- The room is £905 a month (deposit is £975.50)
- A cleaner will come in once a fortnight to clean communal areas - this is included in the rent
- Other bills (gas/electricity/wifi/water/council tax) comes to around £100 each a month
