I’m looking to fill this double room near Tooting Broadway station from 9th April (can be flexible if needed earlier). I’ve loved living here and can’t recommend it enough - but am now moving in with my girlfriend.
The room is a bright, large double situated upstairs, and comes with a double bed and wardrobe. There’s plenty of space for a chest of drawers and desk too, if needed.
The house is an 8 minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube station, and 12 minutes to Tooting Bec. Lidl, Sainsbury’s and Tooting Broadway Market are also really nearby, as well as loads of great pubs.
The house is set out across two floors with a massive living space, a separate kitchen and huge astro-turfed garden which is brilliant in the summer.
There is a large driveway and an office room that can also be used to work from home if you don’t want to work in the bedroom!
You’ll be living with 2 other guys in their mid-late 20s, who are both professionals working in London. We are a friendly house who like to do social things together, such as going for a drink or watching TV - but equally respect each others space. We’re looking for someone who is friendly and chilled to fit in with the current vibe.
Other bits:
- The contract will switch to rolling with the renters rights act coming in on 1st May.
- The deposit is roughly £960
- Bills come to approx £95 per person.
