Double Bedroom Available in Tooting Broadway – From 1 April

We’re looking for a clean, friendly, non-smoker female to fill 1 x double bedroom in our lovely home in Tooting Broadway, available from 1 April.

The room is on the ground floor, comes fully furnished, and is £735 pcm (excluding bills, which are approximately £105 pcm).

The house includes:
• A large kitchen/dining area
• A separate living room
• A lovely private garden
• Driveway parking

Location-wise, we’re:
• 6-minute walk to Tooting Broadway tube station
• 10-minute walk to Tooting Common
• Surrounded by great local amenities (including a Tesco Express at the end of our road — a total lifesaver!)

A bit about us:
We’re a mixed household — 2 guys and 2 girls — and are looking for a girl to replace our current housemate, who is moving out after four happy years in the house.

Sam (33) works in Project Management, Sam (31) works in Tax, and Rachael (34) works at a Hedge Fund. We all have busy schedules but enjoy spending time together when we can. We respect each other’s space and are looking for someone who does the same.
