Lovely Tooting Girls House! 🏡

I’m sadly moving out of this lovely house share in Tooting Broadway with a great bunch of housemates. Only leaving to take the next step and live on my own otherwise I’d be staying!

🏡 The Space:
The house has a beautiful spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with a big island. It is done to a really high standard and we like to keep it neat and tidy where possible! Bonus for the garden which gets lots of sun on a nice day and in the summer is a life saver. We have a fire pit, hammock and seating out there. The room is unfurnished however comes with the bed frame and happy to sell on the wardrobe if needed!

👯‍♀️ Housemates:
You’ll be living with three lovely, easy going housemates (Allie 31, Sophie 31 and Rach 27) who are warm, friendly, and always up for a chat (and cake)… the girls love cooking and baking so there are often sweet treats on the go!)

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 About us:
Sophie- works as a Paediatric Dietician and is passionate about food, likes to keep active (big into tag rugby and cycles to work and loves a lido visit in the summer!) and keen for a chill in the evenings.
Rach- is newest in the house and works as an analyst in the civil service. She can read a book in a day, always up for a weekend run or visit to a new area. She enjoys cooking and we take it in turns to cook often. Rach is always down to watch a good series or have a good chat in the evening.
Allie- has recently returned from traveling India/Sri Lanka and the Maldives! She works in the charity sector and loves to keep busy enjoying London life. She’s also big into tag rugby and keeps active.

✨ Vibe:
We often cook dinners for each other, hang out and socialise in the downstairs space and have film nights or watch shows together (currently watching the Night Manager). It’s a really homely, inclusive home and you’re welcome to get involved as much as you like. LGBTQ+ friendly.

🌳 Location:
We are super close to Tooting Broadway station, the food market and loads of restaurants and pubs. The high street is the end of the road with lots of shops and places to eat. Tooting Market (foodie haven) is just behind us too, only 3 min walk away. Great local pubs like The Antelope and The Castle, plus plenty of supermarkets - Sainsbury’s, Tesco Express, and Lidl all nearby. Tooting Common is a 15min walk away, which has Tooting Lido. There’s also a great public library at the end of the road.

🚊 Transport:
4-min walk → Tooting Broadway (Northern Line)
18-min walk → Tooting Thameslink (direct trains to central)

👭 Looking For:
A friendly, clean, mid-20s–early 30s female who’s social and easy going. We’ve created a lovely vibe in the house and looking for someone who is keen to contribute towards living here!
