Large double/kingsize room in modern house

Large modern double/kingsize room available in modern house in Tooting Broadway. The house is high-spec with a lovely kitchen, shared living space, two bathrooms and a garden.

I am sadly moving out of a lovely house with 3 easy-going, sociable girls who I have become great friends with! I’ve lived in for 18 months and have absolutely loved it. The girls are looking for another professional girl who is equally as sociable and down to earth.

The house is a couple of minutes walk from Tooting Broadway tube station (on the Northern line) and is near the high street with lots of shops, restaurants and pubs.

The room comes unfurnished apart from the wardrobe. I currently have a kingsize bed in my room for size reference.
