Sunny room avalible in Tooting

I’m really sad to be leaving this flat (only because I’m moving in with my boyfriend!), as it’s honestly been such a lovely place to live.

The two girls you’d be living with are super friendly and chatty (late 20s) and both work in hospitality. It’s a really easy, relaxed vibe in the flat — everyone’s social but also respectful of each other’s space.

The flat itself is such a hidden gem. From the outside and the stairway it’s very “classic London” and you wouldn’t expect much… but as soon as you walk in, it’s surprisingly bright, sunny and really spacious. It honestly feels like a different world inside!

The room is genuinely big — especially for London and for the price. There’s loads of space to make it your own, and you’re allowed to paint/decorate if you’d like, which makes such a difference.

Bills are included in the rent (which is amazing), apart from council tax which works out at £70 every 3 months. Heating is included on a standard rate, so you can have it on whenever you like without stressing about extra costs.

Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. You’ve got markets right on your doorstep, you’re directly across from the tube, and Sainsbury’s is opposite. Lidl is just up the road too — everything you need within a few minutes’ walk.

Move-in date is 12th April, but I can potentially be flexible if you need to move earlier — just let me know and we can chat 😊
