Furnished double room in Tooting (Mon-Fri)

Hello, I am looking to rent out my spare room to a female lodger from Monday to Friday. I would consider a couple of nights a week or a short term lodger instead. The room has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The property has a garden and a decent kitchen. All bills and broadband are included in the price. You can park locally but it is expensive, but I am a short walk from Tooting Broadway station.
