The Room
- Mezzanine room with an elevated double bed which comes fully furnished with plenty of storage space and desk
- Bills are not included, but they come to around £80 a month (including council tax)

The house
- 5 bed house a short walk from Tooting Broadway.
- Shared kitchen-sitting room which overlooks a sunny garden.
- There is bike storage in the shed, and we also have some sun-loungers and a BBQ for when the weathers good!
- We're 10-15 mins walk from a large Lidl & Sainsburys, as well gyms, tube station, and Tooting market.
- Netflix & streaming services, and there's always someone around to watch tv with, whether its the football, reality tv or films.

And most importantly, you will be living with lovely housemates! We have all moved in from Spareroom ads, and have become friends over the years.
