Spacious loft room available with ensuite.

The room is large enough to double as a bedroom and living space, which comes furnished with a double bed, desk, small sofa and TV. It also has a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs, you’ll have access to the kitchen/dining room, utility room and garden, which is shared. The lounge is for our use only but you are welcome to use when we are away.

The house is a 10–15 minute walk from Tooting Broadway and around 5 minutes from Tooting overground, with shops, cafés and a gym nearby.

About us! Jack is 38 and works locally as an ice sculptor, so he is in the studio during the day. I'm 33, a project manager and work from home most days.

We’re a sociable couple who enjoy cooking, the gym, binge watching series, hosting the occasional dinner party or BBQ. We’re after a housemate who can fit in nicely around this, whilst respecting each other’s space and downtime.

We’re looking for someone clean, considerate and friendly who’s happy to chat over the occasional drink but also values their own space. A cleaner comes fortnightly and will clean your bathroom along with the communal spaces.

Flexible move-in date, ideally from mid-March.

Rent is £1,100 + £100 bills. Deposit £1,000.

Looking for someone ideally 26+. No couples or pets.
