One room has become available in our friendly, easy-going house share on Links Road. We are a house of four professionals in our late 20s and early 30s.

The Room:
This is a large and spacious double room with plenty of floor space. It comes fully furnished with high-quality storage including:

The House:
You’ll be sharing with four other professionals. The house features:

• Private back garden – perfect for the summer

The Vibe:
The house is social while everyone very much does their own thing. We're happy to have a chat in the kitchen, but everyone respects each other’s space and busy schedules. It’s a very laid-back and relaxed atmosphere

• Tooting Station (Thameslink): 10-minute walk. Direct trains to Blackfriars, Farringdon, and St Pancras.
• Tooting Broadway (Northern Line): Close by for quick access to the City and West End.
• Local Life: Close to Tooting Broadway Market and all the bars/restaurants on the Broadway

• Bills: All bills included except Gas and Electric, which are shared/split between housemates.
