We have a large double room for rent in a 5 bed houseshare!
The room is on its own floor of the house and comes with a double bed, built in wardrobe, built in storage, built in shelves, en suite bathroom with shower and juliet balcony.
We are a group of laid back professionals in our late 20s-40s who all work different schedules but enjoy hanging out together when we can. Whether that’s with a cup of tea, a glass of prosecco, or watching some TV together. Our current housemate has been with us for years but is moving into her own place (v happy for her, v sad for us), so we’re looking for a sociable professional of a similar age to the rest of us, to join our lovely home.
The house has a large kitchen-diner, cosy sitting room, with access to a decent size garden with patio and decking. And a downstairs toilet.
The house is approx 7min walk from Tooting Broadway tube station and there are several bus routes that stop 2 mins from the house.
Rent is £1146 including all bills, Virgin broadband & TV and a cleaner once a week for communal areas.
