Cosy double room for friendly flatmate :)

We are looking for a flatmate for this clean and cosy room. We would like to find someone friendly for our beautiful house in Tooting Broadway.

The room is on the first floor, which is close to the kitchen and toilet. It has a big double-glazed window, so it is full of natural light and relaxing views. It comes with a double-size bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables, and a large mirror.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, and we share the kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room, which you can see in the pictures. We also have a desk that can be used for hybrid working (max 2 days a week).

Price of the room (including bills) : £805
Price of the room (excluding bills): £697 per month.

Gas & Electric/Council Tax/Internet/cleaner for communal areas come to approx £108/month.

We have to pay water for the full year upfront and this is approx £225 each.

This room is for a single occupant only, no couples pls.

Deposit: £761.

About us:
We are from England and Spain and fluent English speakers and professionals! This means a photographer who loves dancing and going to exhibitions and a theatre worker interested in performance, reading, and cups of tea! ;)

There are excellent links for transport (bus 1-minute walk and Northern line tube 7 minutes walk). You will be only 1 min away from the High Street where you will find many supermarkets, independent restaurants, coffee shops, banks, stores, etc., and the famous Tooting Market is just around the corner!

We really hope to find someone caring, sociable and respectful to keep the balance of the house, which is a true home.
