Friendly double room 3 mins from tube station

Location: Tooting Broadway (just 3-mins walk from the station!)
Rent: 675£ (without bills)

Bills: about 70£ in summer, cca 100£ in winter (thanks to Wandsworth cheap council tax 🏡)

Contract: annual

The room: located on the first floor, furnished with king sized bed, table, chair, wardrobe, drawers and shelves. Not included: mirror, ottoman, the two sets of foldable drawers on the floor. The blackout curtains will also be taken down, but replaced with the original linen curtains.

Amenities: Gym Group (5 min walk), Big Sainsbury's (2 mins walk), Lidl (8-min walk), Tooting Market (5-min walk). We also have boots, Greggs, TK Maxx, H&B all less than 5 mins from us with a range of restaurants and cafes as well!

Landlord: very friendly and responsive! :) Always has been very helpful and reasonable.

Pets: Hoi has a small kitten named Katsu! Really cute and litter trained. Due to this, you will need to be fine with signing a pet agreement and no other pet is allowed.

Things to note: this is NOT a party house! We do have people over, but usually keep them to our room, as there is no living room. We're all employed and keep the noise at a respectful level as all of us work during different days. Somewhat of clean freaks, so we are looking for someone who likes to clean up after themselves and respects shared spaces. :)

No students due to council tax purposes.

Liv (25) works in accounting (Fridays wfh) otherwise 9-5 in the office. In my free time, I enjoy long walks exploring London whilst getting some nice drink! Occasionally attend a good concert or a techno rave. 😛 Most nights I'm pretty chill though, just doomscrolling or reading books haha

Hoi (26) working in healthcare, owner of Katsu (kitten). I Enjoy gyming, running, trying out new restos/foods otherwise a homebody.

Les (25) working in healthcare. I enjoy being active, playing basketball, going to the gym and running but love winding down in the evenings.
