Room for rent tooting Broadway

Our lovely housemate Chris is moving out after 4 years and in with his partner, so we are looking for someone to move in from the 4th of May.

Rent is £900 a month (not including bills) with a £500 deposit

You’ll be living with three girls:

* Dervla, 29 year old, Irish, works in HR. Loves trips to the pub, her Dyson air wrap and winning the nyt mini crossword each day
* Ruth, 27 year old, English, works in politics. Loves a beer garden, spin classes and trashy tv shows.
* Rosie, 28 year old Aussie. Works in social work. Loves an Aperol, her kindle and travelling.

We’re a social household who love a trip to the pub, a few bottles of wine at home on the couch or a magnum and movie night.

Nicest landlord ever and is super chill! You’ll be sharing a bathroom with Rosie downstairs. Nice sized living area and big garden with a BBQ.
