A deposit of £1,025 (5 weeks rent) is required to secure the room. The house is super spacious, cosy and has lots of storage. You’ll be living with 3 other girls aged between 23-24 who are lovely and social but also enjoy their own space.

Tooting has lots of bars and cafes. There is also a lidl, sainsburys and aldi a short walk away and two gyms close by.
