Double room - Tooting Broadway

Unfortunately our lovely housemate is moving out at the start of May so we’re looking for someone who will be an active part of the household, who loves to socialise and spend time together but also respect personal space and are clean and tidy.

The house is in a great area, just off the main road of shops, pubs and restaurants and is a 2 minute walk to the Northern line. You’ll be living with myself, Mia & Soobin. Me & Mia do have 3 kitties so unfortunately we can’t have anymore pets & being a cat lover will score some extra points 🥹💕

The rent is £700pm excluding bills & will be available on the 2nd of May but we could be flexible around the move in date. The bills on top of rent come in at about £80-110pm each and include gas, electric, water, CT, TV licence and WiFi.

The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers & bedside table and street parking is available on our road with a permit.

Our landlord is super chill and it’s definitely more of a homely friend vibe rather than just living in a house with people so if you think you'd be a good fit for the house, tell me a bit about yourself (age, job, interests etc) and we can schedule a viewing! 🩷
