Lovely room available in Tooting Broadway

Two rooms in Tooting Broadway!

Hello! Me, my flatmate Hameer (both 27) and another mate Matt (25) have just signed for a 4 bed flat 10 min walk from Tooting Broadway station but our other mate has just dropped out 😞. We’re very keen to keep this place so are looking for someone sociable and friendly to fill the room available from the 1st May with us! 🙏

The flat: 🏡

- 10 min walk from Tooting Broadway station and 12 min walks to the markets

- ⁠5 min walk to gyms/local pub

- Lovely full house that’s just been done up with space for four double beds (loads of space for a desk/wardrobes etc), a modern kitchen, a separate dining/living space and a little garden

- ⁠the photos were taken whilst under renovation (so don’t do it justice at all!) but the flat comes part furnished (everything other than desks and mattresses , niche we know!)

- Rent is £4k a month but one of the rooms is an en-suite so we can split it accordingly

The flatmates 🥳:

- We’re all hybrid workers (a few times a week in the office) who equally like the gym and a being sociable whenever the sun is out!

- We have friends in London but are very keen to have a nice social house too who’ll make good use of the locals and the commons

- We’re pretty clean and respectful and are looking for the same

- We’re very keen to have a sociable house who are up for drinks/being nice and chatty but respect each others space as well ofc 🤞
