We have two great rooms becoming available soon in our home:

Bedroom 1:
A large double room with a private ensuite – ideal for a single or a couple looking for extra space and privacy.

Bedroom 2:
A generous double room sharing a bathroom with two others.

The house itself has a bright and spacious separate living room, plus a kitchen and dining area that opens out onto a lovely backyard – perfect for relaxing or hosting the occasional BBQ.

12 min walk to Tooting Broadway Station & Tooting Market. 14 min walk to Tooting Common

You’ll be living with two professionals (27 & 32) from the UK and New Zealand. We’ve both been in the house for about a year and have built a comfortable, easy-going home. We’re sociable and enjoy a chat or the occasional hangout, but also have our own routines and respect each other’s space.

We’re looking for someone who’s tidy, considerate, and happy to contribute to keeping the house a great place to live - and ideally someone who’s keen to be part of a friendly flat dynamic rather than just renting a room.
