You’ll be sharing with one Architectural Designer (27), so ideally looking for someone around a similar age, female preferred.
The house has a really relaxed, easygoing vibe, definitely not a party house. Looking for someone who’s tidy, respectful and mindful of shared spaces.
There’s also a spacious back garden, which is great to enjoy when the sun’s out.
