I'm moving out as I'm moving abroad but you'll be living with a lovely 28 year old girl from London. We met at uni and have lived with each other in the flat nearly 3 years. She works from home 5 days a week, loves a trip to the pub, watching a bit of sports and is all round a great housemate.

Move in date would be 17th June.

Bills: circa £130 / month (inc. cleaner that comes once a month)
