Large Double Room in between Tooting Broadway / Bec 🫶🏻 I have lived here for 2 years but I am moving out to live with friends so would be looking to find someone to replace me.

The house is a 7 minute walk to Tooting Broadway Station, and 10 minutes to Tooting Bec.

It is well situated, just 3 minutes from the market and 1 from Lidl!

You will be living with Tom, 25, a medical student, with the other flatmates also moving out so 3 rooms are available in this property.

There is one bathroom and a separate toilet, a lovely outdoor space and shared living room with a TV and sofa.

The room is unfurnished but I would be keen to sell the furniture already here so we can sort that out ☺️

I will be away in July, so I can be flexible with the move out date (either earlier in June or later in July 😄)

Rent is £825 with bills coming to about £90 a month incl council tax.
