Landlord is responsive and has a local handyman who is quick for any issues that need a permanent fix.

I have been in the flat for just over a year, with 3 years previously in Balham. I work in advertising and am in the office 3-4 days a week. When not at work, I enjoy watching films, pub quizzes, playing tennis/football, and watching live comedy.
