Lovely Double room in Tooting Broadway

Good sized double room available in lovely flatshare in tooting broadway. Sadly leaving London to move to the countryside!

Room comes with a chest of drawers, wardrobe, bed and side table. Has been recently repainted white since the pictures so is lovely a fresh.

Flat is across 2 floors with two bathrooms and a large kitchen/living room area.

The tenant staying are all friendly, sociable women in their 30s. We like to chat, watch tv together but everyone also does their own thing and will be out and about adventuring round london and beyond.

Looking for someone around the same age (28-40) who's friendly, respectful and clean.

Room is available from 1st July(potential for slightly earlier depending on when I end up moving out). The rent is £900 a month with a £900 deposit. The bills typically come in around £100 including a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks. Great, responsive, private landlord - any repairs are handled quickly.

The flat is on Coverton Road, super closer to the northern line - Tooting Broadway tube (about 5 mins walk) and Tooting High Street, market etc. right at the end of the road, so lots of lovely bars and restaurants and a pretty big sainsbury's. St. George's hospital is opposite the flat so there's also plenty of bus links nearby.
