We're looking for someone to move into a room in our 3-bed flat to replace our housemate. The room is available at £900 pcm, including all bills.

The room is a spacious double with additional room for a desk if you work from home in the living room. The flat itself is a 3-bed, 1-bathroom flat with a separate kitchen and living room, giving everyone plenty of space. It is well-maintained and fully equipped with all the essentials, including a TV, dishwasher, and a cleaner who visits twice a month for the communal areas (included in the rent and she is so good!).

The flat is located on a quiet residential street just off Mitcham Road and only a 3–5 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station. There are loads of great pubs, restaurants, and cafes nearby, plus Tooting Market just around the corner. If you want some green space or the sun is out, Tooting Common is also within easy walking distance.

You'll be living with two friendly young working professionals (both guys) who split their time between working in London and commuting to Guildford. During the week we're usually busy with work, but we’re always up for a pint after work or at the weekend.
