Beautiful Own Floor Bedroom and Private Bathroom

Hi! I am moving back to Cornwall and so looking for a replacement to take my lovely top floor haven! It’s a large bedroom, with Juliet sliding doors to outdoors and a private bathroom. You have the whole floor to yourself and there is a little lounge/living area within the bedroom. Live with 3 other wonderful females but all 3 of us are moving out (two buying houses, one pregnant!) and so it will be a fresh new household. Current flatmate who is staying is wonderful, Phoebe, an editor. Can send a video of the room upon messaging. It’s a wonderful place for the price- and our apartment is 5 mins from Tooting overground , 15 mins walk from Tooting Broadway underground and tooting high street 10 mins. Have been very happy here! Looking for a professional who is friendly and respectful and will fit homely vibe of the place. Please note minimum salary to meet landlord references must be 35k per annum.
