Description
Our current flatmate Archie is moving out July 31st and we are looking to replace him!
About the room:
Located on the top floor, with plenty of space. Also comes equipped with cupboard space, a kitchenette and washing machine. Furnishing are staying, but if there’s anything you don’t want, you can throw it out :)
Shared bathroom with one other person right outside.
About the house:
Lovely open plan living room and kitchen, attached to a large garden. The kitchen has two sinks (weirdly useful!) and a large gas hob/oven. There’s also two fridges, you would be sharing with just one other person, so there’s plenty of space!
About the housemates:
Clarrissa, 32, works for a charity as a volunteer manager. She loves a gig, day rave and going to the gym.
Aaron, 28, works in social care. He loves cooking, music, football and theatre.
Leah, 28, works as an actor and teaching assistant. She loves music, baking, theatre and reality TV.
Generally we like a friendly chat around the house but also appreciate our own space.
Misc:
Bills aren’t included, they usually come to about £100/month. Rent is payable on the 1st, straight to the landlord.
Our landlord is very chilled and hands off, which is great!
We’re looking to arrange viewings end of June/beginning of July.
