Room with extra study room available in Tooting

Cosy room available in a 3 bedroom maisonette. The room has been recently furnished with new wool carpet, double bed with new mattress and a wardrobe. I’m in the process of getting a chest or drawers and a desk. The room comes with the sole use of a study room with extra storage. Shared facilities are a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and garden.
I’m looking for a professional to rent a room for 5 days a week, someone who is sociable, tidy and respectful of others.
Im usually away 2-3 days per week visiting family and therefore sharing with a lodger during the week can work really well.
