Immediate move in for Single Boxroom in Tooting

Immediate move in available as the girl that was initially taking it has now ghosted me!
I have lived in this single box room in 5 bed flat for 2 years and loved it, only leaving because my visa is up.
It’s about a 7 minute walk to tooting Broadway station on the northern line.
Sainsbury’s and lidl are also about a 7 minute walk and it’s about 2 minutes from tooting market.
Rent is 675 per month. Bills are usually 80 per month each. Deposit would be paid to me upon my removal from the lease and adding you. I have a very good relationship with our landlord so this should be easy enough and we have done it with a previous flatmate.
The room is small but has all you need, with a open wardrobe with 6 drawers, a 3tiered cube storage and a bedside table. As I’m leaving the country I also have things like a bedside lamp, linen, etc if you want it! Just a side note that I’m currently packing up three years of my life so the photo is a little old, it just has more furniture now and I moved the bed next to the window! Happy to have people look/send updated photos though.
