Flatmate Wanted in Tooting Broadway Flat!

looking for a new housemate to move in from 1st August in our tooting broadway flat!

you will be living with two other girls, one who works in publishing (me!) and another who works in healthcare, sharing one bathroom.

important details:
- rent is £840 per month bills excl.
- Bills usually come to between £80-100, plus £5 a month to the flat kitty for communal items.
- flat is 5 min walk from tooting broadway tube station (northern line), 5 mins from lidl and sainsburys, plus lots of other shops nearby!
- landlord is great and very responsive about any issues
- room comes fully furnished
- move in from 1st August
- deposit £840

we are looking for another person (aged 23-29) to move in from 1st August onwards. as a flat we spend time together whether that is movie nights, pub trips, or just a natter in the kitchen as well as having our own friends outside of the flat, so we are looking for someone with a similar approach to shared living. we’ve also been trying to make the flat feel like a home! we are looking for someone clean and tidy, respectful of night shifts, and in full-time work.

ideally someone who doesnt wfh. no pets or smokers either.
