Room available in newly renovated house-share in Tooting Broadway. Preferably looking for a professional, respectful and cleanly 25+ year old female. You will be moving in with 3 other female roommates ages 30+ who work in childcare, community service and the service industry.

• Rent is currently set at £685 pcm + £80-120 pcm got bills (paid separately by tenants). Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

Rent is subject to change in from February 2027. Any increase will be determined in line with the prevailing market conditions at that time.
